Tiny steps.

So small you can't fail them. Actually almost ridiculous!

But real change.

The Momentum Lab

This is where stuck ends.

Break the loop. Start the thing. In the most simple way.

When I Finally Got Sick of My Inner Perfectionist

I had a perfect vision for beautiful, tidy shelves in my bedroom. So I left our three enormous suitcases open on the floor and waited to unpack.

Two weeks went by.

The suitcases got messier. The floor was uncleanable. I had to zigzag my way to my bathroom every single day and do a scavenger hunt for clean clothes.

I was miserable.

But I had that beautiful vision..

One day I finally set Ms Perfection in my brain on mute,

I unpacked what I needed the most and pushed the rest in the suitcases

under the bed.

Was that what I (Ms Perfection) had imagined? Nope!

Was Ms Perfection protesting at the top of her lungs in my head?

You bet she was!

BUT.. did this allow me to finally get to the bathroom in a straight line and get dressed with clean clothes in a tidy bedroom in just a few minutes?

Oh yeah!

And boy, was it a relief!

I could breathe.

I finally had more space.

Inside and out.

And best part?

The suitcases did not stay half unpacked for long,

that was only the beginning..

THE PROBLEM ISN'T YOU

It's that you can't break out of that resistance all at once.

No matter how much you want to

THEY'VE BEEN TELLING YOU:

One hour daily (at least) = real commitment & progress

→ You need to be confident to achieve anything

→ If it's just for you, it doesn't really count

The change can be sudden, drastic AND long-lasting

→ If you miss a day = you're back to square one

Kaizen is...

a Japanese word that stands for "continuous improvement",

" continuous progress", through tiny steps

BUT lean in, I'll tell you a secret..

the tiny steps are not what you think.

What if they were so small you could actually fit them

in your family schedule, grocery runs, house chores,

                           swimming lessons and e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g else?

After The Momentum Lab you will have:

Clear next steps that belong to you

Practical tools to keep going when the loop tries to pull you back

Dedicated time to your project, despite everything else pulling you away

Finally made progress after circling for months

I know this works

Because I needed it first.

One tiny investment. One giant first step.

In case you're wondering...

You've been thinking about it for a long time.

The loop won't break by itself.

But one tiny step (actually tiny) does the job.

This is yours.
